Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Supporting senior leadership in developing reports and presentations related to corporate planning.
- Helping monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress of strategic initiatives.
- Conducting research on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies.
- Assisting in resource planning, including coordinating with various departments to allocate staff, budget, and other resources effectively.
- Supporting risk management efforts by identifying potential challenges and helping develop mitigation strategies.
- Assisting in compliance efforts, ensuring that hospital strategies align with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, for interacting with various stakeholders.
Working hours: Mon-Fri, office hours.
