- Set up billing process with customers.
- Verify and process invoices from customers for payment.
- Raise billing instructions for invoices to corporate customers.
- Prepare monthly reports for customers.
- Manage payment process to ensure prompt payments to customers.
- Oversee collection process to ensure prompt payments from customers.
- Coordinate with customers/internal teams for meter reading and consumption verifications.
- Track and report internal metrics.
- Coordinate and attend team meetings.
- Maintain and update marketing materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
