- Manage daily transaction posting (AR/AP/Others) and ensure accuracy in finance operations.
- Oversee fixed asset management in SAP, including asset tagging and collaborate with procurement on CAPEX purchasing.
- Maintain monthly accounting schedules for current assets and liabilities, ensuring accuracy.
- Drive corrective actions with Buyer and Planner on GRIR (PO/Invoice matching) reconciliation issues.
- Manage accounts payables and ensure AP days meet KPIs.
- Manage accounts receivables and ensure AR days meet KPIs.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure inventory days meet KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy in transaction posting, including monthly bank reconciliation.
- Maintain monthly schedules.
- Manage CAPEX, including maintaining WBS and asset tagging.
- Assist in year-end stock take exercise.
- Ensure all transactions are posted within the month (including revenue recognition and anticipated expenses) for reporting.
- Ensure all departments close month-end on time.
- Ensure transactions comply with company accounting policies.
- Consult with the group on policy changes and communicate/interpret changes to plant management.
- Ensure compliance and maintain internal controls template.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns and submission.
- Assist in any ad-hoc finance-related tasks.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
