Job Description:
➤Providing oversea travel insurance supports with customers
➤Communication with medical organizations
➤Data entering on internal systems
➤Making insurance claims
➤Management of insurance claims documents
➤Other ad-hoc and related duties when required
➤Internal expense claims management
Job Requirements:
➤Basic PC skill is required
➤ Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience of administrative work
➤ No prior experience in related industry is welcome to join
➤Proficient in English to effectively communicate with colleagues, medical organizations, and local customers.
➤Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with clients from Japan.
➤Attentive and willing to do office works
➤Cooperative with other members and hospitality for customer supports
