- Position : Customer Service/Logistics Executive (Quotation/ Purchase Order/ Delivery)
- Location : Loyang Lane (Direct buses from Bedok, Tampines and Pasir Ris right in front of office)
- Working hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm; 5 days work; 1 day WORK FROM HOME every week
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance bonus + 14-18 Days Annual leave + Medical claim
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Manufacturer and supplier of equipment
Main Responsibilities:
- Create sales quotation upon request from customers or sales team.
- Order entry and follow-up with customers on the delivery dates, including system projects order entry, PO placement with source and logistics matters.
- Releasing of shipment for pick/pack.
- Co-ordinating with freight forwarders for pickup.
- Support Field Service on service order and billing.
- Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant.
- Update equipment parts lead time.
- Follow-up on incoming shipments (equipment parts) including system projects.
- Ad-hoc activities or administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma level
- Knowledge of PC-Work (MS-Office: Excel etc.)
- Experience in liaising with international customers
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
