As the Business Development Manager, you will be focused on driving growth and expanding market opportunities within the energy and industrial automation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans for targeted market segments and create detailed action plans.
- Engage key stakeholders and keep them informed about the latest product offerings and solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities to support growth.
- Identify and pursue strategic projects with end users, government agencies, consultants, and EPCs.
- Lead negotiations and secure opportunities directly with customers for targeted projects.
- Drive product and solution development to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze strengths, weaknesses, and market intelligence to improve business operations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the direct manager.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in South East Asia.
- Strong understanding of one or more of the following sectors: Utilities, Building/Data Centers, Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, Renewables, and Infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a focus on team collaboration, resilience, and social competence.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Cross-cultural experience and sensitivity.
- Prior project or consultancy experience is a plus.
