Salary: $3.5-3.7 and $500 site allowance
Key Responsibilities
Lab Infrastructure Support
Assist team tasks to ensure adequate resources for laboratory needs (e.g., equipment, methods, systems).
Manage laboratory equipment and IT systems for business continuity and compliance.
Equipment and Method Management
Participate in method technology transfer and laboratory equipment refresh or introduction.
Maintain laboratory infrastructure and ensure data integrity plans align with compliance standards.
Documentation and Reporting
Author or review GMP-compliant documents (e.g., method transfer/qualification, equipment qualification reports, protocols).
Ensure adherence to corporate, site, and regulatory requirements.
Compliance and Quality Management
Support timely escalation and resolution of lab events (e.g., NCRs, lab investigations, CAPAs).
Act as a QC SME to support internal/external audits and provide responses to ensure successful outcomes.
Safety and Process Improvements
Participate in EHS, business compliance, and GMP initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance metrics.
Other Duties
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
