We are seeking an experienced and motivated Temporary Business Development Consultant to support our recruitment business during a period of growth or transition. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and help us expand our client base, strengthen relationships, and contribute to overall business growth during the contract period. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the recruitment industry, and the ability to drive results quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:Identify and generate new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.
Target prospective clients, conduct outreach, and secure meetings to discuss recruitment needs.
Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet specific client requirements.
Close new client contracts and agreements to help meet business development targets.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
Understand clients’ recruitment needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Act as the key point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Support the retention of key clients by fostering strong, ongoing partnerships.
- Sales and Reporting:Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs during the contract period.
Report on sales activity, opportunities, and outcomes to management on a regular basis.
Track and manage prospects using CRM tools, ensuring accurate records and follow-ups.
- Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Research potential sectors or niches that could benefit from recruitment services.
Provide insights to help guide the recruitment team's focus on high-demand industries.
Qualifications:
- Min Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
