about the role
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic professional to join our team. The successful candidate will support and liaise with our operations, maintenance, and commercial functions. Key responsibilities include conducting monthly and ad-hoc management reporting, analyzing operational and commercial drivers that impact financial results, and managing the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts from planning to execution. You will also track financial performance against actuals, budgets, historical data, and forecasts, and handle various ad-hoc financial data requests. Additionally, you will contribute to digital systems implementation by defining requirements and developing content. This role is an individual contributor role, there will be no direct reports under you.
skills and experience required
You should possess a finance, econs, mathematics or accounting degree. They are looking for experienced Analysts from a pure commercial background. Big 4 Audit background is not necessary. You must like mining data, this role will have minimal business partnering involved. They have implemented a new reporting system and has already gone live but you will be invovled in improving the system/work flow. Title will commensurate with years of experience. You should be one to thrive in a fast paced environment and has good Excel skills. This company pays AWS and high variable bonus. 100% wio and is at CBD.
