Travel Operations Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle in-bound and outbound trips (Mainly Japan related)
- Handle hotel reservations, respond to inquiries about rates, and check availability.
- Manage restaurant reservations for clients.
- Coordinate and schedule transportation, including buses and other modes of transport.
- Arrange tour guides and facilitate interpretation.
- Coordinate ticket arrangements for attractions like Night Safari and USS.
- Organize and maintain documents and data.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required. (Example: provide on-site assistance for customers in case of emergencies, sudden illnesses, or injuries.)
Job Requirements:
- Experience in office work, including data entry.
- Meticulous and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language will be necessary to liaise with mandarin speaking clients.
- Understanding about Japanese language will be a plus point (NOT a must)
- Ability to respond to issues in case of emergency, considering the industry's 24/7 operation.
- Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
