This role will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving continuous improvements in processes to meet evolving statutory and operational needs.
What you'll be doing
- Manage monthly account closing and submit reports to HQ
- Guide and mentor staff in the AR section
- Supervise Medisave and insurance claims processes
- Prepare and analyse monthly attendance and workload reports
- Assist with fee revisions for endorsed and non-endorsed services
- Manage patient subsidy plans and service code modifications
- Prepare quarterly costing reports and oversee patient deposit transactions
- Participate in system enhancements and project implementations
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Will be advantageous if certified ACCA/ CIMA
- 2 - 3 years of similar experience
