What you'll be doing
Social Media Management
- Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
- Boost engagement through high-quality, targeted social media campaigns
- Manage the social media calendar and collaborate with brand ambassadors to enhance the hospital’s online presence
- Track performance and optimise campaigns to meet business goals
- Monitor social media channels and respond to queries promptly
Corporate Communications
- Provide communications advice to departments to ensure consistent messaging
- Oversee corporate branding and review collaterals for alignment
- Support crisis communications, including participation in emergency preparedness exercises
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Mass Communications/ Public Relations/ Journalism or related studies
- 3 - 4 years of similar experience managing social media platforms and executing successful campaigns, preferably in healthcare settings
- Exceptional writing skills with a deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, paired with a creative mindset and attention to detail
- Results-driven and self-motivated, able to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
