Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting documentations for the department such as issuing payment instructions, preparing payment disbursements via the accounting system, prepare tax invoices and record keeping of payment/receipt transactions
- Provide administrative and logistics support such as arrangement of transportation, accommodation, restaurant or office meeting room booking etc. for Department’s internal and external business functions/events
- To assist in trade related documentations and other assigned office duties in timely manner
- Provide additional administrative support to another Department such as processing department’s expense claims and the accounting/administrative documentations for Department Head’s business trips
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks to be assigned
Requirement:
[Must]
- Candidate must have minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting systems such as SAP and Acumatica
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
