Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Assistant Human Resources located in Senoko Drive. Our client is creating a new and sustainable way of supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to Singapore and you'll be responsible for managing the company's HR operations. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, compliance, and policy development. The manager ensures accurate personnel records, addresses employee grievances, and fosters a positive work culture. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing health and safety policies. Additionally, the role involves supporting employee career development, handling performance appraisals, and managing office administration to ensure smooth daily operations. With around 200 employees, the manager plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and office administration
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, particularly in office administration
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
