Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the machinery service and maintenance service, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize company asset uptime and minimize downtime.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites or internal workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
- Identifying leads and market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the process equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of process machinery, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
