Open to immediate starters, training provided

February - August 2025 (Renewable based on business needs and individual performance)

5-day work week, across Monday to Sunday,

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM / 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Central area - Clarke Quay
• Handle 30-60 incoming calls and mailbox enquiries and follow up with respondents.
• Handle escalations/complaints cases via service recovery calls.
• Continuous improvement in standards and quality.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean
  • At least Diploma or A levels
  • Applicants with call center background, direct sales and customer fronting will be advantageous.
  • Able to handle escalations and complaints proficiently to de-escalate these cases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. and internet usage.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
