- Position Title: Safety Coordinator/Safety Co-Ordinator, Safety Health & Security cum Facilities & Fleet Management
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure occupational safety, health, and security within the workplace.
- Oversee safety practices and execute Safety Health & Security (SHS) activities to ensure compliance with legal regulations while promoting a safe work environment.
- Organize and document monthly safety meetings with Field Service Operations and quarterly SHS Committee Meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Plan and conduct safety-related training for staff, both internal and external.
- Conduct safety inspections at office and customer premises, providing follow-up reports.
- Update HIRARC, SWP, and MOS as needed.
- Supervise and monitor safe operations of FSO activities on-site, ensuring they align with customer requirements and protocols.
- Coordinate with various agencies for license renewals.
- Participate actively in facilities and fleet management activities.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by superiors to support business operations.

- Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Certified with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
- Additional certifications in safety and health are advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A valid Class 3/3A driving license is beneficial.
- Cleanroom experience is preferred but not mandatory.
