- Oversee the CEO and CGS’s calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while ensuring optimal use of time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, managing communications, scheduling, and ensuring timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange and compile materials for meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering secretarial support to C-Suite executives in the IT/Tech industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to multitask effectively.
