- Lead a team and manage outsourced services to ensure quality work and routine maintenance.
- Perform regular inspections for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness and follow up on rectifications and recommend improvements.
- Handle budget planning, manage reports, review contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and oversee quotations/tenders for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, conduct fire evacuation drills, and maintain fire protection systems.
- Coordinate with authorities, secure licenses, maintain records, and attend to additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Management or equivalent
- At least 4 years of working experience in handling Commercial Buildings.
- Possess strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
