HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • HR Administration: Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and general HR operations.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Policy & Compliance: Help ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws, and assist in updating HR documentation as needed.
  • Training & Development Coordination: Support the coordination of training programs and maintain training records.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support for the HR department and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internships or part-time roles in HR are a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
