Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT Manager and internal stakeholders to carry out assigned IT support tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless execution of projects.
- Support the Clinical Operations team by engaging multidisciplinary stakeholders and addressing diverse requirements and perspectives to enhance patient-centered care and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate with users and IT vendors to deliver IT solutions and services effectively.
- Configure and deploy new desktop/laptop computers along with the necessary software, including administration of Windows Active Directory (AD).
- Provide technical assistance to end-users for a variety of technical issues related to devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices) and software such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Manage data protection and cybersecurity operations, ensuring proper setup and maintenance of security systems.
- Maintain IT assets, systems documentation, and software licenses.
- Assist in executing action plans to achieve the company’s operational goals and support the efficient functioning of specialist clinics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant degree qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, end-user desktop support, and IT security implementation and operations.
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Candidates who can start work on short notice are preferred.
- Prior experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.
