Job Description:
- Coordinate and organise sales meetings and events to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage and support daily sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Facilitate the sales process promptly and efficiently upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
- Assist in taking minutes during meetings, documenting key discussion points, and action items for follow-up.
- Provide support to the sales team in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Prepare quotations and invoices in a timely manner.
- Asist the sales team by compiling and organising necessary documentation for client interactions and field support.
- Work in tandem with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Focus on administrative duties to ensure the seamless operation of the sales back-end functions.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the sales team.
Requirements:
- Recognised Diploma or Degree in any field
- Preferably 2 years' experience in a related customer-facing field (Eg, Customer Service, Order Processing, Sales Coordination, etc)
- Working experience in import/export or related environment would be advantageous
- Working knowledge and experience in CRM/ERP system
