Our client is one of the leading property management and investment firm. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Accountant to be part of their Accounting Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Dutoes of Accountant:
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in finalizing accounts.
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate fixed asset records.
- Input receipts manually into Xero for multiple entities.
- Process invoices, staff claims, and execute fund transfers, including telegraphic payments.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing, including account reconciliation and journal entries.
- Collaborate with teams in Australia and Singapore to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Support audits and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience
- Well versed with Xero and other accounting softwares
