Job Scope:
- Oversee sales growth for modern trade accounts to maximize sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients
- Manage promotional activities from start to finish and assist with in-store events, roadshows, cross-brand collaborations, and marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate with clients on product launches, space, location, and stock.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor stock levels and displays
- Address and resolve issues from customers and outlets.
- Implement and maintain high visual merchandising standards in stores.
- Guide, train, and manage merchandisers to optimize performance.
Job Requirement:
- Min 3-5 years experience in F&B - Modern Trade Sales experience (NTUC, Sheng Siong etc) is added advantage
