Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in existing and new markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Participate in industry events to network and generate leads.
- Prepare proposals and participate in tender submissions.
- Create marketing collaterals, including brochures and presentation decks.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Monitor and mitigate potential business risks.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven sales/tele-sales experience in the MICE industry.
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Experience in B2B solutions-based sales with a hunter mentality.
