Responsibilities:
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on M&E progress.
- Manage material, equipment, and manpower for economic usage.
- Oversee receipt, transfer, and control of M&E materials.
- Enforce occupational health and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work system.
- Follow QA/QC procedures and CONQUAS standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure work progress aligns with schedule.
- Supervise work according to contract drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate/prepare technical submissions with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and related documents.
- Assist in updating site work status report.
- Help Project Manager with M&E Master Construction and T&C Schedule.
- Liaise with relevant authorities on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Resolve technical/site issues through discussions with stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the construction industry.
