Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Description:
- Support media monitoring by issuing a daily summary of news and updating relevant information for analysis
- Assist in day-to-day media requests, and onsite media management for events
- Develop compelling story angles for media pitches
- Assist with the scheduling of media cultivation sessions
- Conduct media research to inform and enhance communication strategies
- Manage timelines and deliverables for various components of the project, ensuring timely completion
- Assist in proofreading and fact-checking of communications materials prior to publication
- Support planning for launch event, including preparation of event materials and management of on-site logistics
- Support the team with other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English (bilingual capabilities are advantageous)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Creative mindset with a talent for generating innovative ideas
- Proactive and self-motivated; capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
- Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Keen interest in emerging media trends and enthusiasm to explore new communication platforms
