Senior/Engineering Assistant (Logistic & Automation), Facilities Management (2-Year Contract)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior/Engineering Assistant to support the execution and management of Facilities Management (FM) services, focusing on Logistic & Automation engineering systems and non-clinical equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or automation engineering and be conversant in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E schematic drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling and coordination work
- Manage Maintenance Agent day-to-day works for logistics and automated systems and equipment
- Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers and specialist vendors
- Ensure prompt service recovery for equipment and system breakdowns
- Support and implement improvement projects
- Provide advisory and support to the maintenance team
- Prepare technical specifications and drawings for system improvements
- Oversee outsourced maintenance team safety practices and work conduct
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
- At least 1-4 years of experience (Engineering Assistant) or 5-6 years of experience (Senior Engineering Assistant)
- Prior experience in design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or automation systems and equipment
- Conversant in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and 3D perspective drawing software (BIM)
