Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical post-sales support for our products and solutions
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive product and service improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to anticipate and address customer needs
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from the automotive/ heavy vehicle industry
