Job Responsibilities:
- Keeping up-to-date with an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.

Requirements:
- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a comparable position.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain solid client and business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Customer-focused mindset.
