• 5Days Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
• Salary: S$ 2,500

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Do follow ups calls to clients
• Assist them to submit their applications through bank system
• Follow up pending documents with clients and processing team
• Submit end day report to the management
• Objection handlings
• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve clients’ issues and concerns
• Products and systems training will be provided
• Training provided
