This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met with customized solutions. The Key Account Manager will lead the implementation of value-added supply chain strategies, supporting project handovers and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored logistics solutions.
- Lead and support project handovers, including cross-functional implementation of value-added supply chain strategies.
- Monitor service standards and collaborate with operations teams to address lead times, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Drive performance improvements across suppliers and operations, ensuring SLAs are consistently achieved.
- Analyze account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver exceptional value to clients.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and presentations to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in account management or logistics operations, preferably within the 3PL industry.
- Strong expertise in service optimization and supply chain solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts while ensuring operational excellence.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
