Are you an experienced professional with a strong technical background in electrical construction and a passion for driving project success? We are seeking a Tender Manager to lead the tendering process and oversee the technical aspects of design and project management for complex electrical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Design Management: Develop innovative design strategies and oversee their successful implementation for each project.
- Team Coordination: Ensure effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on design processes, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
- Procurement Advisory: Offer insights on material selection and procurement to optimize project outcomes.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Health & Safety Review: Evaluate designs to ensure adherence to safety standards and industry regulations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of design processes and stay informed about updates in building codes and standards.
- Project Alignment: Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all design-related activities align with overall project goals.
- Technical Drawings Preparation: Oversee the preparation and submission of technical drawings, including Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs), for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in tender management and technical leadership within the electrical construction sector.
- Strong understanding of design compliance, health and safety regulations, and Singapore standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical drawing preparation and software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
