Working Location: West - Penjuru
Company Transport : Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Bishan, Serangoon (Bus Pick up)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks when necessary, and extending job offers.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with both internal teams and external sourcing channels to ensure positions are filled efficiently and within budget.
  • Regularly review and optimize recruitment and sourcing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Manage strategic initiatives such as graduate hiring programs, internships, career fairs, and other talent acquisition activities.
  • Update and maintain internal databases with new hire information and ensure accurate records.
  • Prepare HR documentation for employee personnel files and ensure all required records are complete and up-to-date.
  • Generate reports and presentations on key HR metrics, such as departmental hiring statistics.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, modifications, and terminations.
  • Organize and coordinate employee events and activities, such as training programs, team-building exercises, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable legal requirements related to HR and administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, including conducting interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
