Responsibility:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Promptly update and enter freight transaction data.
- Actively communicate with customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents, and others involved in freight handling.
- Oversee seamless shipping from vessel departure to estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the destination.
- Manage cargo documentation and filing.
- Ensure adherence to customer requirements.
- Monitor all jobs, ensuring accurate and timely updates of costs and selling figures in the system.
- Ensure all event data is correctly updated in the system and files are completed before closure.
Requirements:
- Minimum N Level
- At least 1 years customer service working experience in Third Party Logistics Industry
- Experience in MS Office
