Import Customer Service Officer (Experience in 3PL industry / East)

Responsibility:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Promptly update and enter freight transaction data.
  • Actively communicate with customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents, and others involved in freight handling.
  • Oversee seamless shipping from vessel departure to estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the destination.
  • Manage cargo documentation and filing.
  • Ensure adherence to customer requirements.
  • Monitor all jobs, ensuring accurate and timely updates of costs and selling figures in the system.
  • Ensure all event data is correctly updated in the system and files are completed before closure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum N Level
  • At least 1 years customer service working experience in Third Party Logistics Industry
  • Experience in MS Office
