Responsibilities:
- Oversee wafer manufacturing to meet quality, yield, and production targets.
- Collaborate globally on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers, and consumables.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance process capability and yield.
- Coordinate troubleshooting for process issues and yield losses.
- Drive continuous process improvements and resolve chronic quality issues.
- Develop best practices and innovative solutions for ongoing improvement.
- Conduct statistical data analysis for process improvement and data interpretation.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques (8D, Fishbone, DOE) and risk assessment tools (FMEA).
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, data analysis, DOE, and SPC
- Proficient in statistical software (e.g., JMP).
- Experience with Visual Basic, databases, and queries (preferred).
