- Ensure routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements are carried out properly and on time; inspect M&E facilities and follow up on rectifications as needed.
- Oversee vendors and technicians, ensuring work aligns with scope, EHS requirements, and statutory standards; evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, maintenance reports, and incident reports; maintain accurate records and files for building operations.
- Address tenant feedback, manage M&E service requests, and liaise with contractors for maintenance and rectification work.
- Support M&E upgrade projects, review tenant fit-out/renovation/reinstatement plans, and ensure adherence to building regulations.
- Conduct daily health checks of facilities, assist in developing cost-control measures, and handle emergencies as required.
Requirements:
- Fire Safety Manager Certified
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience managing M&E works in Commercial Buildings.
- Possess strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
