- Observe and evaluate patient care for quality and continuous improvement.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to inform care strategies.
- Manage inventory levels of drugs, consumables, and medical equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Efficiently manage patient schedules, appointments, procedures, and queries while developing and overseeing individualized care plans tailored to specific patient requirements.
Requirements:
- SNB Registered
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Clinics or Hospitals.
