Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT Manager and internal stakeholders to perform IT support functions effectively, ensuring seamless operations and efficient execution of tasks.
- Assist the Clinical Operations team by engaging multidisciplinary stakeholders (including doctors and clinic staff) and addressing diverse requirements and perspectives to enhance patient-centered care and organizational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between users and IT vendors to facilitate the delivery of IT solutions and services.
- Configure and deploy new desktop and laptop computers, including the installation of required software and administration of Windows Active Directory (AD).
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing various issues related to devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices, as well as software like Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Oversee data protection and cybersecurity operations, ensuring proper configuration and maintenance of security systems.
- Maintain IT assets, update system documentation, and manage software licenses.
- Support the implementation of action plans aligned with the company’s operational goals and contribute to the smooth functioning of specialist clinic operations.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or a related degree qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, end-user desktop support, and IT security implementation and operations.
