Our Client is in the Heavy Vehicle Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Responsibilities
- Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and special reports or analyses as needed.
- Review financial reports prepared by the shared services center.
- Prepare Principal reports, such as IFC and Business Plan submissions.
- Compile and submit statistical surveys and reports.
- Coordinate budget and forecast processes across departments to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate the consolidation of Singapore financials for actuals and budgets/forecasts.
- Post monthly consolidation adjustments and manage consolidation working files.
- Analyze KPIs, including operating expenses, capital expenditures, and balance sheet positions.
- Conduct variance analyses and provide insights into actual vs. budget/forecast performance.
- Monitor Singapore Group cash flow and prepare daily and monthly treasury reports.
- Create quarterly cash flow projections and support ad-hoc treasury projects.
- Any ad-hoc duty as given
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Min 3 years experience accounting
- Experience in FP&A and Consolidation will be added advantage
