RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the tasks of Admin Associate
- Support Admin Associate with client enquiries
- Work with Admin to manage service collections according to Finance Manual with integrity and follow up on any outstanding payments promptly
- Review and keep outreach materials updated
- Coordinate outreach with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with Volunteers for cleaning services and microjobbers assignments
- Program planning and execution for HCS related programmes
- Participate in innovation and quality improvement projects
- Coordinate and work with third party service providers in care delivery (together with manager and nurse)
- Coordinates Home Care services for potential / existing clients and ensure services are delivered as per agreement / service contract
- Raise referrals for eligible clients via IRMS for services required
- Assess and submit clients' Household Means Testing and/or Financial Assistance applications when required and follow up on renewals before expiry
- Coordinate and manage public relations information or events
- Perform any ad hoc tasks given by supervisors
- Possess Degree/Diploma in Healthcare Management or any fields are welcome
Relevant Experience:
- Experience in Social or Community settings will be an advantage
- Frontline and customer service experience preferred
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Passion for service excellence and process improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various IT platforms
