Education/Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Job Description
- Administer and maintain networks, operating systems, storage, and backups.
- Design, implement, and test system development tasks.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support, rotating to resolve issues and minimize system downtime.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for efficient planning and operations.
- Collaborate with external parties and customers for issue resolution.
Skill Sets
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including OS, network, storage, and backup systems.
- Passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
- Strong teamwork and independent working abilities.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Advantageous skills:
- Operating Systems: Windows Server (AD, DNS, Clustering), Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Clustering, Satellite).
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM.
Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible.
