Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with site leadership to develop and execute talent and workforce plans aligned with company goals.
- Lead key HR functions: talent acquisition, performance management, colleague relations, compensation & benefits, and culture development.
- Drive talent pipeline, succession planning, and leadership capability through talent reviews and performance management cycles.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, and transformation.
- Lead change management efforts and develop communication strategies for organisational change.
- Ensure efficient HR delivery and act as a subject matter expert on all HR matters.
- Support global/regional HR projects and provide strategic HR guidance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
- At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a large, global, complex organisation.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with performance management, talent planning, and change management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites; Workday experience is a plus.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and influence business leaders effectively.
