· Act as the main focal point of communication channel between ONE internal parties and the Shipowners/brokers
· Manage positive and healthy working relationship with external/internal stakeholders in the interest of ONE
· Engage proactively in day to day post-fixture operations and take initiative to provide suggestions to improve ONE's overall operational efficiency and cost savings
· Manage vessel dry dock, modifications, delivery and redelivery coordination with the Shipowners/brokers
· Monitor the off-hire claims and negotiate with the Shipowners/brokers to protect ONE’s best interest
· Support the Financial Settlement team in verifying the invoices from Shipowners before payment arrangement
· Support other initiatives/ projects or other duties as required
