Overview:
As a Business Executive at CaterCo Concepts, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and supporting senior leadership in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, providing executive-level administrative support, building strong client relationships, and supporting team functions as required. This role requires a proactive, motivated, and organised individual with strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination and logistics
- Identify trends and marketing opportunities, compile industry statistics, monitor competitor offerings, and prepare relevant data and insights for executive review
- Communicate and coordinate internal and external meetings and calls to ensure alignment across teams and with clients
- Manage scheduling, prioritize meeting requests, and handle required logistics; take minutes and document action items as needed
- Support various projects and ad hoc tasks as required, contributing to team efficiency and project success
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the team and with clients.
- Meticulous and committed to maintaining high standards in all tasks.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Prior experience in F&B, event management, marketing, or communications support is a plus.
