Job Responsibilities:
Lab
- Analyse/Evaluate samples based on customer’s request. For example, it will be conducted by microscope, microtome, DSC, FT-IR, retort sterilizer and Oxtran
- Conduct food storage test and coordinate lab tour/demonstration/seminar when outside company visits
- Support the management of technical centre with Technical Service/Market
- Development manager such as budget management, maintenance and task allocation
- Based on analysis/evaluation result, make report and promotion tools, reviewing result from other lab team members
- Collaborate with outside company to get better results
Technical Service/Market Development (TS&MD)
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems and support new development at customers
- Promote our new products that will meet customer needs
- Explore new application and launch new development project
- Promote our products to whole value chain not only direct customers but also indirect customers such as brand owners, machine makers, raw material makers to enhance our market presence and create new projects
- Investigate market trend such as brand owner’s direction, sustainable packaging design and potential market size
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and / or Chemistry
- More than 5 years experience in food and/or food packaging industry
