Job Description:
* Support and assist in providing oversight of unit dose repackaging and barcoding operations in Barcode Pharmacy.
* Operate Unit Dose Packaging System to repackage medication into barcoded unit dose.
* Ensure proper functioning of pharmacy equipment, automation system processes and workplace cleanliness.
* Conduct Quality Control Check on repackaged drugs.
* Conduct Drug Storage Audit Check in patient care areas and report findings to stakeholders.
* Plan and allocate bin in Automated Dispensing Cabinets to ensure medication safety
* Perform inventory management in Barcode Pharmacy & Automated Dispensing Cabinets, e.g. ordering, drugs distribution, expiry date tracking, discrepancies reconciliation, space planning and drug bin creation/ modification in the cabinets.
* Ensure medication safety in repackaging process and drug storage aspects.
