Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional HR functions, including managing offices and subsidiaries across Southeast Asia, Africa, or South America.
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and global HR vision.
- Design and manage performance management systems to promote employee development.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, benchmarking against industry standards.
- Streamline HR operations, leverage analytics, and ensure accurate reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, specifically within the commodities industry, with a strong network in metals.
- Proven track record in establishing regional operations and managing HR functions in Southeast Asia, Africa, or South America.
- Deep knowledge of local labor laws and experience in employee relations.
- Strong strategic leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
