- Manage a team of warehouse assistants and administrators to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Oversee receiving, kitting, and shipment processes in line with the production plan.
- Maintain accurate records of both system and physical stock levels.
- Foster a safe and organized workplace by promoting safety practices, 5S standards, and effective store arrangements.
- Coordinate maintenance of store equipment with the facilities team.
- Work closely with the Quality department to ensure accurate IQA inspections and material receipt.
- Monitor work orders to support timely kitting for production and address shortages with planners as needed.
- Manage the drip stock list, maintaining safety levels and notifying buyers of discrepancies or shortages.
- Ensure SAP system transactions are accurate and up to date.
- Verify proper documentation for all deliveries.
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with RBA standards.
