What you'll be doing
- Manage the daily operations of assigned inpatient wards, including administrative functions and counter services
- Collaborate with Ward Nurse Managers and stakeholders to address operational challenges and improve service delivery
- Lead ward infrastructure and building improvement projects, ensuring minimal disruption to patient services
- Track project timelines and budgets, ensuring all works are delivered on schedule and meet hospital standards
- Review hospital processes to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and resource utilisation
- Handle annual planning cycles, including financial, manpower, and training requirements
- Support and participate in hospital-wide initiatives, including quality improvement and IT system enhancements
- Manage stakeholder engagements, resolve inter-departmental conflicts, and oversee service recovery efforts
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in related studies
- 2 - 3 years of experience in similar role within hospital setting
